Vacuum Forming

A more cost-effective alternative to injection moulding, vacuum forming is ideally suited to low/medium-volume batch production, or for the creation of very large format plastic assemblies. We have a variety of large sheet-fed vacuum forming machines which can handle material with a thicknesses of between 1mm and 8mm, while our roll-fed machines accepts material of between 0.25mm and 1mm. These are capable of manufacturing tens of thousands of parts, in a matter of days. Using customer designs, we can also produce in-house prototype tooling and jigs for the initial development of vacuum formed mouldings.
