From initial concept right through to final delivery, we can manage every stage of the design and development process, while secure electronic data transmission ensures full co-ordination and concurrent engineering with client partners. We are also able to offer product testing via the close links we have established with leading test facilities throughout Europe.

Brick Guard Project for the Delta Services Group
The Delta Services group were looking to ASG to come up with an innovative new design for their new brick guards – the flexible plastic barriers used by the construction industry on scaffolding. Importantly, the design and construction had to meet stringent safety standards – a consideration that guided the work of the ASG design team as they set about creating their initial concept. This was then quickly turned into a 3D model using SolidWorks CAD software, as well as a mould-flow simulation package which showed in detail how the material would flow through a plastic injection tool capable of producing millions of brick guards.
