Spare Wheel Covers
Whether working from existing designs or liaising closely with clients to create a brand new product, we are able to produce spare wheel carriers in a number of different styles and, of course, sizes. Other options include the attachment of foam or elastic webbing strap to stop chaffing on the wheel and the placement of graphics and brand names. A wide range of colours are also available, which is particular useful for colour-coding to a particular shade of vehicle.
Mitsubishi Shogun/Pajero
One of most recent projects undertaken is a spare wheel carrier made by Ansini for the Mitsubishi Shogun/Pajero.
This is a single shell design vacuum-formed and CNC routed from tough ABS plastic, complete with stylish ribbing and a cut-out allowing fitment with the Mitsubishi’s number plate carrier system.
This spare wheel carrier also comes with an elasticated vinyl back which allows it to fit all standard road tyres, up to a diameter of 32 inches.
