Side Steps - Fixed
In a move away from the standard straight-profile extruded designs, our fixed side steps incorporate a unique aluminium fabricated sub-structure with plastic injection-moulded step plates. These advanced side steps have been made possible by our recent £1m investment in fully-automated, custom-programmed injection moulding technology. This has allowed us to significantly increase the number of fixed step options we can offer.

Jaguar F-Pace X761
Model Year: 2016 – Current
Jaguar’s new performance SUV, the F-Pace, is fitted with a fixed side step designed and manufactured by ASG Group. It comprises an aluminium substructure, onto which we’ve placed a stainless steel trim and a hardwearing yet stylish tread created from a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
Range Rover Sport L320
Model Year: 2005–2013
The industry-changing design of our fixed side step for the 2005 Range Rover Sport saw us pioneer the use of curved aluminium extrusion, which allows us to create steps which reflect the shape of a particular vehicle’s bodywork.
Range Rover Evoque
Model Year: 2013 – Current
The substructure of the side step we created for the Range Rover’s compact luxury crossover SUV is manufactured from lightweight aluminium. It also comes with a hardwearing TPE tread and stainless steel trim.
