Rear Van Steps

Working closely with leading OEMs, as well as conversion specialists, we have developed a wide range of commercial vehicle products and assemblies for an equally wide range of commercial vehicles. We can provide a manufacturing-only service or, as a development partner, offer a full design and manufacturing package.

Our Rear van steps for commercial vehicles provide a safe platform for loading and unloading, plus easier access for vehicles fitted with a roof rack. They can be easily attached with only basic tools, using two high-strength steel mounting brackets. Like the majority of our products, our rear steps are custom-made for specific makes and models. This means the mounting brackets fit simply into existing chassis holes, with no need for drilling or hole tapping. They have also been electroplated and powder-coated for outstanding resistance to corrosion, including the type of deterioration often caused by caustic salt spray. Most models have a unique air diffuser which helps to reduce dirt build up on the back of the van and step.

As they have been manufactured from 6063 aircraft-grade aluminium extrusion, our rear van steps have an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. They have been finished with a tough anodised coating and, with safety in mind, they have a textured, non-slip surface and a highly visible reflective strip along their entire length. Although not equipped with a parking sensor, our lightweight rear steps have been pre-drilled to accept 19mm sensors, and also come complete with an internal wiring loom channel for more efficient installation.

Although we can easily adapt our rear steps to your own particular requirements, including dimensions and materials used, we have already designed and manufactured steps many of the most popular commercial vehicles from leading motor manufacturers, including Ford, Citroën, Renault, Fiat, Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz. All have a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty and come with comprehensive, simple-to-follow fitting instructions.
