Door Sill Protectors

Sill protectors have the dual purpose of preventing scuffs and scratches, while also covering up any existing damage. They protect an area that is highly susceptible to wear and tear, and also one which could prove both difficult and costly to repair.

Sill protectors from the ASG Group are available via two routes. Firstly, we can work with clients to create their own sill guards, either from their own designs or in liaison with our product development team. As for materials, ASG are able to produce guards in injection-moulded plastic and stainless steel, while Ansini can produce sill protectors in vacuum-formed plastic. If required, these protectors can be branded with a model or manufacturer name, and there is also a choice of fixing options, most usually clips or high-performance double-coated tape which combines acrylic adhesives with a viscoelastic foam core.

As well as directly supplying manufacturers, distributors and retailers, we can also supply vehicle-specific sill protectors via Travall. Made from high-quality polished stainless steel, these come in sets of two or four and affixed using pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. There are sill guards available for a wide range of makes and models, all of which are in stock and ready for next day delivery to distributors and retail customers.
